If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the hbaij support team immediately. hbaij will not be liable for any loss resulting from a failure to secure your account.

3.3 Account is Personal and Non-Transferable

An hbaij account is entirely personal. It may not be sold, transferred, or made available for use by a third party. Violating this rule will result in permanent account closure.

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on the hbaij platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawals processed by hbaij are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, delays may occur if identity verification is pending.

5.3 VIP Program

The hbaij VIP program has five tiers, with weekly cashback benefits provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the user's active participation on the platform. VIP benefits are subject to change.

6.1 Fair Play

All games on the hbaij platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures neutral and fair results. No game outcome is predetermined or manipulable.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game result is affected by a technical error, server issue, or disconnection, hbaij reserves the right to void that game round or restart it. In such situations, the user's bet may be refunded.

6.3 Play Limits

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbaij platform:
